When you are certain you would like to rent an apartment, we would need the number and expiry date of either your Visa or Mastercard in order to confirm and secure your booking
NOTE: Credit cards are NOT accepted for the payment of your apartment. The balance may only be paid in cash or travellers cheques
PRICES:
Our prices are per day / per apartment for stays of at least seven days. Please consult prices for shorter stays.
Prices are per month / per apartment for winter stays of 28 nights or more
PAYMENT:
The balance for your apartment is to be paid in full upon your arrival. It is not possible to pay daily, weekly, nor monthly. The balance may be paid in either cash or travellers cheques in either Sterling or €uros (Please enquire about other currencies)
CANCELLATIONS:
Prior to arrival: Should you decide to cancel your apartment, a 100€ cancellation fee will be charged to your Visa or MasterCard.
BREAKAGE DEPOSIT:
Upon arrival you will be charged a breakage deposit between 60€ and 150€ (this can also be paid in £ Sterling). The breakage deposit is to be paid in cash as it will be returned to you on your day of departure providing your apartment is left in a respectable condition and all keys are handed back into the office.
KEY COLLECTION:
All keys are to be collected at our office.

ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES:
Most of our apartments are available from any day of the week, please consult first.
CLEANING SERVICES:
For stays of over one week, a weekly cleaning (except kitchen) service and linen change is provided. Weekly cleaning is not included for long stays.

SAFETY DEPOSIT BOXES: Most apartments have a safety deposit box, if for some reason your apartment does not have one, we have them available in the office.

SWIMMING POOLS:
All of the apartments listed in our brochure have a swimming pool (open normally from 15/06 until 15/09)
SPECIAL REQUESTS:
(i.e. floor height, room number etc...) These will be attended to whenever possible. We cannot guarantee any requests.
OFFICE HOURS:
From 09:00 until 14:00 and then again from 16:00 until 20:00. These may fluctuate slightly during the summer months.
